Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled 503A Staff Pharmacist to perform safe, accurate, and compliant medication compounding. This on-site role in Albuquerque, NM, focuses on advancing personalized therapies while maintaining rigorous adherence to state, federal, and FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify prescriptions for clinical accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Compound and dispense medications according to regulatory guidelines and patient-specific orders.
  • Consult with healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication usage and side effects.
  • Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with pharmacy laws, USP standards, and industry regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited U.S. institution.
  • Current New Mexico pharmacist license with a willingness to obtain additional state licensures.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy (503A or 503B setting preferred).
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, practitioners, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations, USP standards, and cGMP principles.
  • Commitment to superior customer service and patient care excellence.
